Good buyer

After placing an order and providing all necessary shipment details, I received my product from the traveler without any issues. However, when I attempted to leave a positive review for the traveler, I was stunned to discover that my account had been banned. Seeking clarification, I reached out to their support team, only to be met with vague responses and no resolution. Despite being charged for the service and successfully receiving my order, Hitchhiker deemed my shipment details invalid and banned my account without explanation. It's absurd to be penalized for information that was accepted at the time of booking and led to a successful delivery. The lack of transparency and accountability from Hitchhiker's support team is unacceptable. They have provided no valid reason for my account being banned and have ignored my attempts to seek clarification. It's evident that Hitchhiker's customer service is subpar, and their banning practices are unfair and arbitrary.

Very high deduction from the total reward makes each order reward worthless.

Sent my passport to get verified many times but the customer service are useless and they keep replying by send it again however it meets the requirements, customer service sucks, moreover they block the electronics from new accounts till you travel a lot, more over they put a limit for rewards to new accounts I guess 70 dollars I don’t know because it’s not written you just get a messaged that this reward over the limit, more over the app has lots of bugs and random notifications that’s not related to your account. I asked the useless customer service to delete my account beuxsse they’re not doing their job and they just did without asking why. I don’t recommend it to my enemies
