So when are you going to actually update the app!!! No heart rate no SPO and no BP readings worked for 10 days and now nothing - what’s the point of the app?

Bought a sekonda watch and it has been a pointless waste of money. The app never works the watch never sinks.

The app worked fine for about 6 weeks. I bought a Sekinda smart watch this is the reccomended app. Heart rate readings no longer displaying. Seems like the app is not being upgraded and needs correcting with fixes when iPhone software is upgraded

It’s been 5 months since my last review and sadly nothing has improved and there’s been no attempt to fix the problem by the app’s support team. So I’m rating this as a one star, even that is too much. The sleep and heart rate charts still not working like last time. Very disappointed with this app considering I have a good quality watch not a cheap Chinese smartwatch copy for less than a tenner. Obviously the app producers don’t take any notice of the reviews as I would of thought they would have sorted the issues with a proper update. Love my Sekonda watch, but definitely not the app. Come on, sort it out!!!!

Can’t access app no matter what I do comes up with a message saying network abnormalities try again later …do not down load the app it’s useless

Very disappointed. Just bought my watch and downloaded the app. I can’t even create an account as the app doesn’t seem to work at all. Waste of money

Love the App but can we have mountain biking to the list of sports to choose from. How can this not do mountain biking?

Calorie tracker is way off and sorts tracking is very basic, needs more common workouts like weightlifting and circuit training instead of basketball! Updates needed urgently to improve this app

Hitfit Pro can you update to normal icon now i like the christmas icon but its not christmas anymore so yea.
