Please revert to the old version. This new one shows the connections as not available but when at the property you can see everything ok - really troubling during the cold spell as to whether the heating is on or not
The apps whole purpose seems to be to get me to subscribe. Why the F would I want to pay a subscription to use my thermostat. Doesn’t communicate properly with my boiler. Will never buy another hive product again.
You destroyed your app ! Interface is much more difficult but the biggest issue is that holidays plan doesn’t go over individual radiators plan ! Useless system now
Used to be a good app under the old style. The new style is a backward step with various layout glitches. Disconnects from Wi-Fi randomly and I cant now adjust my heating remotely. Uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Such a shame.
Update: still no widget 😡 It’s extremely frustrating that this latest update does not fix the problem with the widget in iOS 18. It’s been weeks and the problem still hasn’t been fixed. Why take so long to fix it? This new app is a total backward step. It’s pushing new products and subscription services at the cost of functionality. I’m thinking of switching my hub to a rival.
Great when it works but since the latest update having to regularly delete and reinstall to get it working is a real pain. It’s a shame that I can’t go back to the original version which had worked well for years of unproblematic use.

Worst camera system ever the stopped it working trying to make you pay for the subscription. Avoid at all costs!!!
Basic app functions would be ok if it wasn’t for the unreliability of the hub, drops out and has to be restarted. Comms with boiler thermostat drop out despite checking that arrangements meet installation requirements. App doesn’t allow Advance to work - it was working but unclear if this was a result of a recent app update. Phone support has been accessed - far better than relying on opinions on community support
The connection between the receiver and thermostat seems to be getting worse with every update, even putting both of them next to each other it’s still saying poor connection, but not 100% of the time. Also it sometimes says it’s heating on the app but when you look at the boiler it’s not fired up. The house always seems to be too hot or too cold lately. Not at all impressed with Hive anymore.
