App is fundamentally broken and I can’t even sign up. It cannot parse addresses correctly and manual ID verification fails each time. Useless.

App cannot verify and rejected various documents. Helpdesk said they’ve referred to IT to fix but one week later, nothing. I gave up.

Hiver App unavailable it says when I try to log in. Very unreliable.

Signed up concept sounded great but when I couldn’t create a card even though it told me to I contacted Support there was no reply even after waiting days. so then I tried chat but it’s never online terrible customer service

Half of the time it’s stuck with the lock icon upon opening the app.

Cash back on my groceries is a big win. Plus the app is just simple and easy. It does everything I need it to. The fact they are environmental friendly too is important!

Refused to accept my details. It might be my hyphenated name. Waste of time.

Terrible app and terrible customer services. You can’t find a real person to speak with not to mention how they can resolve your issue.

On the ID verification page, first name section doesn’t allow two words. Your first name has to be a single word to verify your identity. Contacted customer service multiple times but no resolution. If you have two words in your first name then forget about signing up.
