New version is no good. No better looking and no better function wise. I can’t even see my credit card anymore.

why？ i miss old faster version🥲

New version ux and ui very lousy and outdated still prefer older version .

The new UI doesn’t look lively. In fact, it gives a feeling of being old-fashioned, dull, and boring. One of the most disappointing features is the login function. Once you enable biometric login, it no longer allows you to log in using a password, and the biometric login frequently fails or does not respond.

As per matters above. Kindly, FIX YOUR ‘UPGRADED’ version. Acc crashes even more after the latest update. You can do better sis. Come on!

The credit card details is missing after updated to the new version. Please add back the credit card details for ease of viewing. Don’t simply update without testing the user experience!

Everytime i try to pay using QR code, transfer amount or even login, always show failed to login, failed to transfer , fail to do everything... you updated your apps looks nicer but your same old issue with your connections to your server never fix. suggest you to change your server or your IT team

I mostly like HLB UI previous design then other bank, do I keep using hLB just for looking the design Now the new UI makes me so disappointed, it doesn't have any design on it... Looks so cold and unnatural The page is too concentrate and looks busy Hope have a selection for previous design Thank you.

Only allows Face ID, yet can’t log in , shows error…

I've updated the latest app, but it crashes upon launch and is completely unusable. I'm using iOS 17.5.1.
