Screw up App, installed and uninstalled many times still not resolved my issue

Always loading and face scan is very bad ,too bright environment can not, tight up hair can not, to dark environment can not . Bad

Website slow. Apps also slow. Not convenient at all.. please don’t register business bank acc with this bank. Very lousy and troublesome. They don’t deserve even 1 star. USELESS !

Very unstable, always lag for the system

I need to change from physical token to etoken, and everything messed up, even sometime coming out with different errors even im doing the same steps again and again..uninstall and reinstall few times

Hey , kindly protect the environment and keep this trash app in the rubbish bin where it belongs, as it randomly rejected my KWSP contribution transaction, causing my late contribution and resulting in a fine.

not functioning

1. The app does not go beyond the launch screen most of the time! 2. The facial recognition is DUMB and slow.. what are you using? First gen software?? 3. Its a ridiculous idea not to allow transfer and payments to be done via the app! 4. The lagging is out of this world!

When i login nothing comeout Always on loading Den i login and download the app for what ? For loading ????

Sorry team, what is wrong with your release planning? Apple had been beta testing their iOS upgrade for months and any IT person would know it is coming. Why is your app not ready for this, instead you are asking us to delete the app, download again, go through the initial steps again? I won’t even mention your face recognition nonsense. Have to give it 1 star rating to be able to submit a review but that is way too high for what you deliver.
