Worst Customer Support Ever
I have encountered some issues with my account. Sent a number of requests for help. Not a single reply. Worst customer support ever!
Unable to use HMA after upgrading to iOS 15.2
I am unable to use your HMA on my iPhone X after upgrading to iOS 15.2 After selecting the location I wanted, I pressed the “OFF Button” in order to turn on the “ON Button”, It do not allow me. I tried other locations and even reinstalled the app, the situation is the same. I suspect there is a bug on the app that your software team need to update the app. Please solve this problem soonest!
Vpn not working :(
No Access to any streaming platform!
Good thus far
Have being using this VPN for a while and just renewed the subscription. Slight problem at first but now I am used to it already. Recommend this VPN. Keep it up.
Should Be A Five Star VPN
Easy to find speedy and reliable servers around the world. Unfortunately nowadays only has one China city and within, one or two servers within the app; might not get connection for China promptly. Looking for more city option within China in the future. Recommended for all with its affordable price and even more savings with a full year subscription.
Does not work at all
This is a scam. It's not working at all. It either can't connect to China server, or after connection device is recognized as in US.
Not terribly useful.
Doesn't manage to get around iPlayer's geo-restrictions.
Doesn't work for Netflix
If you want to get this to work to bypass the geolocation for Neflix, it doesn't work.
Terrible
Before the update it was bad. But I tolerated. Now after the update it's unusable. It keeps getting disconnected. Highly unstable connection! The app and/or service is unreliable and I want a refund. I never give reviews but this one I had to because it is just terrible.
