Difficult to use.

Cannot use it if you don’t have either a UK Passport or a UK photo driver’s license.

I love the app ! It has all the information I need and more. I’m so impressed, I told my friends to download it too. Well done. A suggestion is to advertise/promote it on tv or social media, unless you have done that already.

At least they tried… it’s basically the website - but even less useful.

This is a great App , especially if you are overseas 😊

So easy to check your tax online. Better than letter writing you can submit on line. Would like to be able to ask question also on this

I’m so confused... it says that the 6 digit code can be seen within the app. But the app just asks me to enter the code. It has a place to scan the QR code to generate a code... but it doesn’t tell me where I can scan the QR code from... so how do I get the code?! More instructions / explanations / places to ask for help would be appreciated.

Worst login experience of the decade. What is this 2004? Why does the login screen keep timing out and disappearing after 10 seconds or a quick app change to check the code that you just emailed.

I’m so happy to have discovered the HMRC app . It holds all the information I need and has made paying my tax bill super easy .
