HNA Handicaps & Tournament App

The app overall has improved and is useful but the one thing that always disappoints is having to manually select the course where I want to open a round or enter a score, or calculate course handicap... Surely so easy to use the user current location and bring the closest course up as default?

The GPS function is not useful as the maps are outdated and the current location does not settle when you stand still - current location keeps moving and bouncing which changes the distance. The process to look up handicaps and select a course takes too many steps. Why can’t it use your location to suggest the course selection? If you have added friends in the app, you should get an activity feed with their submissions.

I am not able to get my password re-set after countless efforts to do so

After reloading and working the app in South Africa, I am unable to login and record my scores while travelling abroad in Australia, since we had to download the newest version. Most annoying !!

I reset password, submit player ID but no email.

Why not reply to emails regarding being unable to login . What is the point of having an email . You send instructions , they don’t work and then no back up plan or replies

So system down for a week and emails not sent or being blocked by large email service provider. But even before extended monthly functionality was very poor from a UX perspective

I can’t log in after reloading the app, sent 3 emails and get no reply

Cant reset password this app is still not working , link sent to change pass word , type in new password then can’t re type to confirm pass word !!!

Can’t progress beyond the login screen 🤬
