It would be nice to have all your programs here in one app. Since I can’t pay for men’s league training program via your website it would be cool to have it here and all the videos and instructions gathered in one place. Now it’s kinda not full.

My two sons have been doing this and have improved a lot.

I play dek hockey and starting ice hockey! This app was a game changer during Covid and when I was at home. I learned to play better got me in way better shape. It gave me Yoga, on ice drills and stick handling drills. I dangled and played really good after. I learned to play like Mcdavid learned some of his moves same as Crosby! I would definitely recommend if your really trying to get good at the sport and become a captain or alternate captain.

I have used these same training and workout videos that are shown here, that are on their YouTube channel. But now the fact that there is a faster way to access what I’m looking for, without having to shuffle through stuff. This app and these guys will help you elevate your game and help you in the long run. I play rec league and these guys have definitely helped me and elevate in whatever career I have with rec league lol

Very good app I am 11 and use is app daily to mix up my workouts all I got to say is this is a very good app and I love you guys over at hockey training. PS I also got the speed kit tried the month workout and I went from one of the slower players to almost as fast as our top foreword
