A free but amazing bible application that works offline without the need for internet connection. It has both Old and New Testament. With this application, you can make personal notes and save them, bookmark favorite verses and also enjoy daily 'verse of the day'.
This is how the application works. During the first launch immediately after installing, we shall download the required files. Thereafter, you do not need internet connection ever after. However, you will always need internet connection to load the verse of the day.
We have designed the application to allow easy usage. Select on the book of interest to display different chapters. Click on the chapters of interest to read the verses. You can always click arrow buttons at the top of the verses in order to navigate to the next and previous chapters.

I so appreciate that the creator of this App has adhered to the standard, legacy version of the NIV Bible. They haven’t changed the word “man” to “person” nor have they dumbed-down verses like Luke 6:45 in order to “conform to this world.” Tecarta did and that’s what led me here. Thanks so much!
