Left waiting again, again and again. The app is far worse than the humans and they’re not great. Spending thousands on sponsoring a stadium but can’t put cars on the road. Better off walking.

After it has been updated for the past 6 months i can’t book it on the app at all keeps coming up “ oops somethings wrong “. There’s time where I was desperate and really needed a taxi couldn’t book it on the app also tried calling but hardly ever comes as well. Would be great if it’s fixed by the way mine is iPhone my friends one is Samsung has no problem. There’s a problem withiPhone

Don’t rely on this taxi company - booked an hour in advance to make our last train and it didn’t start looking for a driver until 5 minutes before our taxi was due to arrive, then cancelled on us.

Pre booked a cab twice and they were both cancelled without any reason given. Gave up and went to central taxis where I booked a taxi no problem.

£46 to travel 2 miles and the fares are rigged

Booked a taxi 2 hours in advance. Money taken off my card. Not allocated a driver. Had to call off a number not registered to the app to enquire. Advised they were really busy and cannot allocate a driver to a booking. Making the booking pointless. Shift lost. Choose another company

been here a year and the price went up a pound, now with this new update the price went up another £4! That’s double the price. No thanks.

Get the app fixed keeps booking taxi and cancelling it and takes money out your account or pending as they say it’s when the hell does it go back into your account when your really unwell and want home this is the last problem you need absolute joke so it is

Drivers are all lovely but sometimes the app will say a driver is half an hour away and they show up two minutes later. it would be better if it had an accurate time in case people end up walking home instead or booking another taxi company. my only complaint, overall it’s a great company

none of my taxis have been on time, i prebooked and it showed up 20 mins late. apart from that nice and tidy
