Can’t be used without giving all your personal information, and no guest mode does not work, just links you back to registering when you select your device. App deleted and cook manually only. Nothing more than data mining. Would have expected better from Philips. Replaced with a far superior no info harvesting brand

I am unable to login to HomeID app. I am using it on IPhone 15. It gives me an error. What’s the reason?

The app I would actually rate 0 if I could. Shame when great products (airfryer) is wrecked by bad app which can’t be accessed and therefore the functionality touted on box is actually not available. The fact you can’t even get offline versions of the recipes and instructions is ridiculous. The support team have been unhelpful- restart the app, or try another phone. As if this isn’t what people try normally… or how about you just do some actual product testing and help understand the flow or code which is not working. I give up on this app

I just downloaded this app and tried to register for an account to link my brand new Philips air fryer to it. Every time I try to register via either google/apple/facebook/email I get a generic error asking me to try again. It is quite frustrating when you buy an appliance from a reputable brand like Philips, you expect it to work. Especially when you have paid a premium for the product as compared to other brands.

No user manual with the appliance, only available thru this app. One problem tho, it doesn’t down load

I love my Philips 7000 series combi Airfryer especially with the updated menu options but I have issues that the Home ID app locks me out when I turn the power off to the Airfryer. I live in an area where I need to leave devices unplugged off when not in use. Unfortunately when I do this I am locked out of the APP. It brings up the Home ID logo on the blue background but it will not enter the app. This is frustrating as I had hoped to be able to use the app even when I am not using the Air Fryer that I can look through recipes etc. Another issue is that I have not been able to find where I can request for help with this. Links below and others recommended will take me to the developers website only giving me the option to get help for the device but not for the APP. Can you also please show where I can get help when I cannot access the APP. I would very much like to be able to use the app regardless of if my device is plugged in at the time as well as a way to contact the developer about the APP. Thankyou

The air fryer we bought is great. I expect it would be even better if I knew how to use al of the functions. It insists that you must download the app where the user guide is hidden in a clunky pdf and not easily searchable from the main app screen. The app is mainly taken up with unpleasant looking recipes which I’m not interested in

One day works now doesn’t connect 🤦‍♂️, app really has no good instructions for air fryer cooking (7000 series)

I have more than 1 airfryer the app not only takes forever to open I can only have 1 appliance even though there is + add appliance button you can’t actually add an extra appliance. Please fix as my airfryers are different models, & it disconnected my wifi one when I added my 2nd one, then I wanted to go back to it I had to go through the whole set up & pairing, surely it can’t be that hard to have more than 1 appliance
