The new app is frustrating and difficult to use. The old app worked perfectly and it was easy to use. Trying to see several cameras of previous recordings is difficult and hard to access. Fix the app or go back to the previous version

If I could give this app zero, I would give it a zero. It updated to a new version about a month ago and I can’t operate anything. My views have changed. I can’t even play back chosen scene. I am prohibited also for manipulating my view. I absolutely hate this app now!!! it is horrible. What the heck, if it ain’t broke LEAVE IT ALONE. It worked perfectly before the update. I still can’t figure out how to manipulate the cameras like I did before. it takes an extremely long time to connect an open. It’s just.

This latest version keeps dropping out on my iPhone aft about 30 seconds of viewing remotely. Did not have that problem before.

Every time I open the app my settings have changed to different number of cameras open , camera display sequence changed and there is no indication if the app is working until the cameras pop up, otherwise just shows offline. Definitely not as intuitive as previous version. No way to contact anyone except in a review. Camera views are smaller. i would rate a 0 if I could. Jerry

Why does it take four weeks for customer service to get back in touch with the customer when looking for customer support also the system is not user-friendly to set up or to try to figure out why my phone will not communicate with the home Safe cameras. it doesn’t allow you to change things my system is off-line according to my cell phone, but I’m looking at it on my TV screen monitor and it’s working fine to view it on the monitor, but I can’t get it to send notifications or communicate with my phone. the cameras do not show good detail at night. It shows blobs moving. You can’t tell what it is other than the fact that has four legs. I believe this is not a good system. I wish I never bought it.

Cannot access it from my iPad or my Samsung ultra. Please fix.

Bugs

This recent major update has crippled the usability of our camera system. Slow, non responsive and hard to navigate. Yes we have a great internet connection and modern devices to view it on. No I will not be using swan in the future. There was nothing wrong with the app/software before the update.

We lost power to our device. We are unable to connect our phones to the cameras. Sent a request for a recovery email. It never comes. Impossible for a non-tech person to operate

Dont like the update.. once i move around the camera sceens into my favorite order, it goes back to its shuffled way when i open and close the app
