Worst experience I ever had. Please don’t book Suresh for bathroom cleaning, he is fake guy who asks for more money than application amount and also won’t do his work properly worst cleaning experience. Other agents and about this application service I don’t have idea. But please don’t book home such a worst behaviour and he will collect more money.

Worst service from arbaaz…..He took 1500 rps for geyser repair and with in one or two days the same problem repeats…

The people have called me but haven’t booked a service 😒 when i tried calling back they didn’t respond they said that the cleaning services people will call me back but no one did I ended up doing all the cleaning myself after waiting for so long bad response overall 😒😒😡

Not got any response or call from any of the service providers for my bathroom deep cleaning order, absolutely no idea what’s happening

I was an avid user of home triangle services from many years. I have used carpentry services, basic plumbing services never an issue. For the first time I’m facing an issue with HT s platform and their verified sources. I wanted to get my countertop installed in the kitchen. Syed from Reality connect instantly contacted me. Next day we met and we gave him an order for doors , door Instalation + countertop for both kitchen and bathrooms. He spoke so well that the doors order where we gave elsewhere we called off and gave him the order. He gave us a quotation for 42000. And asked for 70% advance. And kept calling continuous to pay the advance so doors can be ordered and delivered asap. We gave him 27k It’s been 11 days the doors haven’t even been delivered nor I know if it is ready or no. Infact they also said they are the door shop need 3k more and total have taken 30k from us. There was a day when Syed mentioned he is loading the door and getting it to my place I waited all day until 9 pm to realize the doors went to Horamavu. After multiple follow ups and sleepless nights he got the countertop only for kitchen done through some external party not his own people. After completing the countertop work only in kitchen Syed is asking us to pay them. We clearly refused that we gave you 27k advance you have to pay these people who came here. Those people actually followed up with us stating that Syed hasn’t paid them and Syed quoted to them that we haven’t paid them yet hence the delay in giving them their money. He spoke about buying araldite 3 bottles asked for 5k this was inclusive of the 30k we gave him. The day these people landed to do the countertop they had no araldite no material with them to even paste the countertop. And had to go and buy at that time. For me punctuality, commitment, on time delivery was the reason to look for someone via this platform but has proven really wrong. I have done a mistake of trusting home triangle trusted and verified source. I think we can no longer trust platforms like this. I really wish we have better platforms with verified and background verified professionals who do what is committed and provide on time delivery. I haven’t been able to go to my work place in the last 1 week 10 days thanks to waiting for reality connect to do their work. Everyday they would say it will be done tomorrow and your only left waiting for someone to come and do the work. This is definitely a below standard service and customer experie

They are highly unprofessionals. Inspite of the booking no one showed up or carried enough to take a follow up

Please improve the security to avoid spam , whatever material we purchase from technicians we are not sure about the quality, if the products also available here then it will be beneficial.

Really very worst service. Very high bill which is not worth it. Not even worked for half an hour and the serviced guy is telling like he worked for 2 hrs. They charged 1600 to just fix the tap(not even new tap) in the kitchen. And generating the bill without any details in it. Don’t consult MJ Usam, charging too much without telling the price details prior to fixing it.

Unaccountable services , i have opted for washing machine repair took 3k and provide 6 month warranty by mechanic .it’s damaged again in a month itsef. Called home triangle team they say you paid to mechanic call him directly as mechanic not responding not able to provide another mechanic. Though repair still in warranty no body cares . Better not to put your hard earned money. get premium service on reliable platforms
