What loser made this app for you guys? Get your money back. The user experience is absolutely shocking. How do you pay your dev team to cook up the worst app of all time? You should get a reward for having a garbage app. Terrible user experience - as a white person would say “jeez Louise” or “holy shnikes”. Please whoever made this app give them a raise for getting this past your non-existent quality control. I go on this app and try and make an account and I question my existence in this world and my decision of purchasing a flight from you guys because this shows a lack of adequate control. What else are you hiding?!

史上最垃圾的app

Horrible experience, will never fly with this airline again. The customer service just wants to end the call, they never reply as promised, not even to emails. I've been calling them every day about the flight change and payment, but nothing gets processed

Worse app ever can’t even check in or do anything with it

Printed the online boarding pass at home and turn out you have to print out again at the airport . No English speaking CS at the airport and I need to scan 10X time to get my boarding pass scanned. It turned out I don’t need the boarding pass printed at the airport to board. What a trash and ridiculous airline! NEVER AGAIN!

after choosing the seat, the app will automatically jumped back into last step 海南航空技术部门不知道是不是在吃空饷，做一个值机功能都无法实现。不知道香港航空即将变成弃子，还是港航歧视拿着港澳通行证的中国人。 希望尽快收到你们的反馈，要不然我会怀疑香港航空以及海南航空是否有最基本作为航空公司的技术能力

Not user friendly at all. Can’t even finish the payment. I’ve spent an hour to finish doing online check in🙄🙄🙄
