HoodFit: Fitness App for Women

I originally found HOODFIT/Erica through YouTube . I have nearly had the app for a year and I’ve never looked back I absolutely love her energy love how easy the app is. Her trampoline workouts are the best!!!!

This has been the best app for fitness and well being I’ve ever downloaded. The availing classes range for all workout types and fitness levels. Being a busy mom I am a huge fan of the 20 minute workouts. Erica is amazing, motivational and encouraging! Love being a part of this sister sweat hood!

I love Erica and her energy! It’s so motivating

I love this app because it has such a great variety of quick workouts, workouts with or without equipment, cardio or low impact, plus it’s fun, effective, and I can workout from my living room to hotel rooms and stay on top of my workout routine! The express workouts are my favorite for when you are short on time or truly don’t have the greatest amount of motivation but know doing something is better than nothing! Very effective.

I’m so impressed. I’m starting my fitness journey and am excited to get my calendar going and committing to fitness through Erica’s awesome workouts. I will Update in a month.

The HoodFit Digital Studio app made fitness becomes more accessible to me one year ago. Today, I can workout in my home or on vacation on my own time and pace without worry. The HoodFit Digital Studio offers accessible workouts that are guided to adjust to my equipment that I have, and at my level and goals and I can fit into my lifestyle. The guided workouts show me best practices and form, as Erica demonstrates the moves and talks through the workout and what to focus on. HoodFit offers a suggested weekly workouts section, that I personally love! HoodFit Digital app has amazing workouts that guides me each day and has showed me how to be a healthier woman. Working out in the HoodFit Digital Studio app is like having Erica (my coach) in my pocket. She is there to support me every step of the way and share her knowledge. There is also support from the Sweat Sisterhood Community, which I hold near and dear to my heart! I also love the challenges HoodFit has. The challenges are to create healthy habits, so we can feel great in our mind and body! Personally, through the challenges I have done, I have lost weight, built endurance, strength, and now I have energy, I never had before. I have medical conditions, that have improved tremendously from these challenges. Thank you HoodFit for all that you do! xo
