Too many bugs, won’t let me order sometimes. Had multiple occurrences where it wouldn’t let me put in payment information. Two of my orders didn’t work and emailed about it repeatedly , still haven’t gotten a refund for it. Would be great if they could invest more time and effort into fixing the bugs and system.

I came to update my review I reached out to the company on instagram and I was able to order and it came within 30 minutes !!!!

I ordered using this app and my order was canceled/refused, I emailed them about a refund and still haven’t received anything! It’s been weeks!! Don’t waste your time or money!

How do you get in touch with someone they took money off my card n it pending n no order is showing n when I press order it keep taking money off my card I’m piss fr

The app made me put my name and take pictures and send my documents but won’t let me sign in it’s saying my account is disabled when I never had an account because

I signed up for the app added my ID and the selfie and when I tried to log in it said my account was disabled what a waste of time

Why would you force us to waste our time verifying before seeing if you’re in the area

This app has a great concept. Unfortunately, The two stars is because the app forced me to verify myself using sensitive documents before even allowing me to see if there is service in my area; which I discovered there is none. If I knew this before hand, I wouldn’t have gone through the verification process.
