Hopdoddy Burger Bar

I am in Hopdoddy WEEKLY but just decided to download the app. I added my receipts from my visit and it didn’t show on the app. I finally realized it might be because of the card on my profile since I paid with a different Account. I am STILL waiting on my rewards to show. In addition to that, I tried to use the Burger of the month reward on this month’s promotion which happens to be a BOWL instead of a burger and the app won’t accept it. The bartenders and the employees at the Euless location are always really pleasant and accommodating though so I won’t stop visiting yet. Please fix the app inconsistencies. I spend a lot of money here and would like to utilize me rewards. Thanks!

You can’t confirm or edit a saved address, looks like the same system 5 guys uses, in 2024 it’s an odd decision for management to pay for and pass along

Good app overall but lacks functionality that should be standard, IE ability to scan reward codes and to scan app to auto-fill email for receipts.

The app and reward system are the worst I have ever seen. It literally forces you to have your card in the app to get rewards. No other app/reward system is like this, where it doesn’t work unless a card is stored. Wish I could give less than 1 star.

Good, consist food with high quality. Staff always friendly and helpful at each of the locations I’ve visited.

Stopped in here for lunch. It was my first time at this burger place, and it was awesome! The staff was super friendly and helpful and I enjoyed every part of the burger and the service! The good night burger was built perfectly. I downloaded the app and was even able to get a free mini shake. This will definitely be my go to place for lunch or afternoon snack when I’m coming through Union Station. keep up the good work and deliciousness!
