The app works, but is really difficult to navigate your way around. I find myself having to try at least 3 times to get the order right, and finally paid for.

Can’t get into your Wi-Fi to make an order. Had to go outside to do it! Really would prefer to order st the hatch.

App is very slow. Menu took time to load main meals.

Might be an idea if what’s available on the menu at any given time/location could be synchronised to the app to avoid disappointment for the younger customers. This would also minimise contact with staff when customers go to enquire as to why certain food/drink items don’t appear on the app menu. Adding/removing items from a food and drinks order is also not quite as straightforward as it could be for the harassed parents of hungry customers.
