Sadly level 53 is missing a customer so impossible to get 3 stars only 2 is achievable. I’ve tested it many times I’ve completed the game with 3 stars for every level except the impossible lvl 53 as one of the customers has not been added so rating lost 1 star as it’s lost a star for lvl 53
Would be better if you know what is wrong with the patents
I love these types of games however I've finished all the levels and upgraded everything to the highest point and can't play any further. Maybe you could do an update where you move to a busier hospital etc....
Game is fun and quite relaxing to play. My only gripe is that you can only upgrade everything so far. Would be good if you could keep going with the upgrades further and upgrade more things. I also agree about applying the cream not always working. But overall really good game, recommend!

The advertisements are games about going to a hotel and making out with people. Should not be rated 4+

The game is good but personally doesn't have enough levels
I am really enjoying this game but the only complaint I have is when you apply the cream to patients it doesn't work half the time so if you could make it easier to apply the cream it would be great. Thanks.
I am not able to upgrade any items, I can buy new items just cannot upgrade. Sent a note to support for… support. No response it’s been almost a week. I would like the $ back that I put in for more diamonds. Don’t get frustrated playing this game and definitely don’t spend any money on it!
