There is no music, and you can hire doctors but the doctors you hired don’t know the responsible of being a doctor. It’s so easy to heal them, and in real life not same is like that. So there is no ICU for the patients who have recover. My final review of this game is 3, because some of other content of the game is not working, it means maybe you would improve it.
This game is ok not my favorite I would recommend this to six-seven year olds I don’t think it’s bad just terrible 😣

It’s a great game but in the ads it says there is surgery and a bit of blood but it was a lie please add surgery
I feel that there is way too many ads. I believe that the game is over all fun & enjoyable, just the ads interrupt me far too repetitively.

I like this game but I don’t like the adds pls remove the adds. I like that if you don’t buy something it just gives you it it’s nice.
My grandson loves playing this ! But every time someone needs fixed this game freezes. Any fixes on this ? That’s the only issue we got with this game . If it gets fixed I’ll change my rating .
