False advertisement
It’s my favourite game now but they don’t stop falling asleep and so much adds also when I downloaded the app it was not even the same thing as the add said it was
TOO MANY ADS!
There are way too many ads that keep popping up . Almost every 20 seconds there’s a ad , it’s ruining the game for me .

I SPENT TWO MINUTES WATCHING AN AD AND WHEN I DOWNLOAD THE GAME IT IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM WHEN I WATCHED THE ADD
Ads!!
It’s getting tiring to have to buy the remove ads when most games are not even complete. I don’t mind watching if it helps to gain coins, lower costs, etc., however after watching one to reduce the cost it said sorry we couldn’t at this time? Wow and then immediately after was forced to watch an ad. I really wanted to try this game. Too bad with so many ads!!

Too many ads
First of all,
I downloaded this game and thouht it would be fun or cool but it is not! When youre like just walking,it will take you to an ad and every 10 seconds it takes you in an ad! Also, whenever i try to get my money, a tiny bit comes out. I only have 3$ in each dollar! Even, so so so so so do so so so so many Ads! So many! I was in the middle of a patient care and it took me to an ad right when i was earning my money, and so when the ad was over, i lost all the 100$ i was SUPPOSED TO GET but yet i DIDNT GET IT! (Also, there are some bad Ads) please do not download this game! It is a waste of your precious time🫤😕😞🙎♀️🙎♂️
Needs to be fixed
It’s a really fun game however it keeps freezing and there is a glitch when i payed for a third Receptionist but didn’t get one.
One big add
Ads every ten seconds I swear! You can’t even walk from one area to another without an ad. It makes progress impossible. I’m also not about to pay to remove ads when this game is like so many others out there. It looked cute but too bad it’s trash because of the greedy ads.

The game is fun, and there are no problems, but there are adds every five seconds. I get that it’s free but geez
