Hot Lap League

I loved TrackMania on the PC and was hanging out for it to appear on iOS. It hasn’t, but this will do as a close second. Handling is a little different but the grind and shaving 10ths of a second off your time for that next medal is all there. Loving it.

Start off by saying the game is a lot of fun. It is let down by the constant freezes every time I need to leave the app for a second. Any time I check my notifications, or briefly go into another app, the game becomes completely unresponsive, forcing me to close it and reopen.

In no way under the sun would power sliding give better traction out of a corner than normal driving, power sliding happens when wheels can no longer grip to the road surface, which is why you never see race cars drift across a hairpin on tarmac surface. Spa-Francorchamp turn 1, Suzuka Circuit turn 11, Hockenheimring turn 6, not a single racing discipline will take these hairpins by drifting, because even thought you can take these corners at a little higher speed, your wheel-spin will cause you to not have enough traction to accelerate out of the corner, causing slower lap times The rest of the handling physics are done so well and yet this thing exists, what a shame…

This a really good racing game so far, like someone else said, no annoying in your face ads popping up all the time, and pretty sweet graphics. Just some things I’d really like added, firstly, PLEASE give us tilt steering, like controls like the Asphalt games, and maybe just a more intuitive “drift” button, just because with arrow steering and you way you do power slide right now feels kinda awkward. And maybe add a manual “boost” option, again, similar to the Asphalt games.

I really love this game! The different tracks make it really enjoyable, the daily race makes me push to my limit and try to beat my time. I would love if they gave split check point, so when you reach a checkpoint you will get a split of your best time or another players time so you know how for back or in front the are.

Actual good game, no annoying ads or options to buy stuff every 5 seconds. Good controls, nice graphics. It good

Found myself still sitting there an hour later still playing! Would love swipe down to drift though please.

This game is awesome to play. Starts off easy and gets more challenging. Daily events are good fun too.

Really fun game. Tracks start out easy but get pretty crazy. Lots of fun doing loops or blasting out huge jumps. Really fun game of you love speeding round a track. Easy 5/5 would recommend!

This game is so fun but it needs a level editor so people can create and upload there levels. It would be a great addition. But everything else about this game is great supper fun would recommend
