This review is for app only: While I appreciate the service, the app, ordering management and process is terrible! Very unintuitive to use, very slow (each day takes a long time to load when you order and scrolling is glitchy and frustratingly slow), replacing items is hard, and I could go on. The mobile site was much faster/better but they forced this app about a year ago and since then ordering has become very painful.
Not user friendly, does not let payments automatically apply when you order. Must go in and pay EACH INVOICE. Incredibly unhelpful and inconvenient. Hate our school went to this system.
This app is very poorly designed, it’s not user friendly at all, it’s not easy to navigate and it doesn’t do what it’s supposed to when you click on a given button. For example, there’s no easy way to get to your account to be able to manage payments, it’s giving me a zip code error when I try to select any of my cards on file to pay. Additionally it won’t let me order for both kids at the same time and when I click on my cart and you get an option to select modify and pay, it takes you back to the menu but it says oops, error. Terrible
The app does not support landscape you on an iPad. Kind of hard to work and not very convenient.
I only use this app because it’s slightly less painful then making lunch. The app is insanely un user friendly , regularly loses orders, and has arbitrary cut offs that means I need to set outside reminders
There are too many steps to add a lunch or add funds. If you are in the cart but don’t have enough funds you have to back out and redo things. Then do you add funds to credit? I always have to try 5 different ways before I can order 1 lunch. Not user friendly.
Not user friendly
I find this app to be complicated. I do a lot of clicking around to try to finalize the payment and it seems to work a different way each week. I’m not sure what’s going on, but there must be a way to streamline it.
No es fácil de usar, no tiene contenido solo es para cobrar. No se puede usar ninguno de los icons solo se puede pagar. No es fácil no tengo idea q me estan cobrando.
Keep crashing. Very non-intuitive. Exceedingly difficult to use essentially worthless.
