Search Engine in the app isn't effective.
Let's describe the meaning of "effective," it means to reach the goal of the activity. I.e. reading a book in cooking to fry eggs is effective but is not efficient. However, this book search engine doesn't do the job—is not effective. You cannot search the book by Publisher, Topic, Category, Language... nothing. The only thing you can do with it is search for the events in the library, books, and articles... that's if you actually can guess the name perfectly correctly. The app itself looks well maintained, aesthetic-wise. However, "it's more 'EFFECTIVE' to delete the app and drive/travel whatever distance from where you are to the library, and check the events and books from their touchscreen module." Even if it is not efficient. On another topic, today, they've released an update which stated "Performance Improvement", but I faced a series of black screens while using the update. It shows their UX and user efficiency in using the app. ——that was a year and few months ago until now. Two months ago, at last they added a section split of the search-engine. It provides you the book by Author(search by name of author) or Name of the Book(search by name of the book). And still Book by -category, -publisher, -tags, -language is not made yet still.
