Was a very useful app. The historical sales and listing data and local statistics were very helpful in understanding the real estate market. With the removal of the historical listing and sales data the app has become more of an advertising app for active listings.

A number of recent listings have been placed in the wrong location on the map. There is no form in the app to correct the location. Also, the app is asking for username and password everyday prior to viewing some listings.

Changing access rules without any explanation and privacy concerns!! (Any reply is for drama only!)

Since this update I have to login constantly in this app. Not sure why but it’s a bit annoying

Need dark mode feature

I really like this app and have been a regular user in my ongoing house hunt The one thing I don’t like is that the AI price guess is totally off the chart and is heavily influenced by the list price.

Love the app. So convenient to look around and find more info on each of the houses. User friendly

The app is not designed very well for iPhone. The app is stable but simple things like not being able to change orientation of screen when looking at photos or not being able to flip photos by swiping left / right degrade experience significantly. Please fix!!

Much better than mls website.

Deleted instagram and replaced it with my new addiction….house sigma
