Simple, easy, intuitive rental tracking for the next generation of mobile landlords and property managers. Keep track of your tenants, rent roll, expenses, accept online payments, and more. Everything is cloud-synced so your mobile devices and laptops all have access to your latest Housters data!
- Tenant Tracking:
Manage tenants and their lease terms. Track how much rent is owed by each tenant, when tenants are late on rent, and when lease agreements are ending. Accept online payments from them.
- Accounting:
Manually add transactions for rent payments, bills, etc..., set up recurring transactions, or import your transactions automatically. Enable double-entry accounting mode and input all accounts affected in a transaction. Reconcile accounts against statements.
- Task Management:
Add to-do lists to track tasks you need to complete on your rentals, such as finding a tenant for a unit that will soon be vacant or fixing a leak in a roof. Assign tasks to vendors and invite them to log in to Housters and view/update the tasks assigned to them.
- Financial Performance:
View key performance metrics for each of your properties, such as gross income, operating costs, net operating income, cash gain, and cash on cash invested.
- Alerts:
Alerts will be generated when tenants are late on rent, lease agreements are ending, task deadlines are approaching, and more. These alerts can be delivered to your email or you can just view them on the Housters dashboard.
- Documents:
Upload rental documents to Housters, such as lease agreements or 3 day notices, and then pull them up on your phone for quick and easy reference.
- Property Management:
Manage landlords, calculate property management fees, receive payments from tenants, and send online payments to landlords (or receive payments from your landlords, if they receive the rent directly).
- Tenant Interaction:
Invite tenants to join Housters, which gives them the ability to view and pay their rent online, submit service/repair requests, contact you, and view their lease agreement.
- International Support:
Add properties for any country. Customize your date format, currency format, and financial year start date.
- Pricing:
Use the app for free for 3 months to make sure it fits your needs and purposes. Contact us if we can add features to help you do business! After your trial, you can pay in-app for a monthly subscription to Housters. It's just $1 USD per unit a month, capped at $40 USD a month!
(Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription, and auto-renewal may be turned off, by going to your Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during an active subscription period, but you can always turn off auto-renew.)

Great property management app!
I’m a landlord/property manager of my own residential rental properties. I’ve been using the Housters property management app for many years! If you’re looking for an user friendly app to help manage your rental properties this is it.
The only tool you need to be a great landlord
The software and app are the greatest thing since sliced bread. It’s the only thing I use for my business to keep track of literally everything….. I randomly clicked on it when I started my business and it’s the only thing that I use six years later

Tried them all
I tried every single landlord app out there and I’ve been adding all My info and playing around with this one for the past few days and so far it’s pretty detailed. The most user friendly and intuitive one I’ve tried. I definitely like the internet version. Makes it easier to enter all your start up info.
Standout App for Property Management
This app is like the sportster of property management apps. It has absolutely everything I need and nothing else. This is reflecting their standout pricing too! I’ve also never had an app with such responsive customer service. Replies in hours not days, and they go out of their way to be fair to long-time, loyal customers.
Good software
I have used Housters for several years now and have been pleased. Especially on how responsive the company is if you have a question or issue. They always come through with an answer. There are something’s they could improve regarding the tenant notification, but for the affordability of this product I have no complaint.

Easy to use and one stop shop for managing different aspects of property rental.

3 months in & I’m getting the hang of it.
So far I’m loving the App I downloaded a week ago when I received my first property to manage. I just entered all work I had to pay for and figuring out how to do stuff. Today was the first day I am actually able to use. I used a different system at a property management company I use to work at and this one is very similar for 90% off the price of the other system. It’s taking some getting use to and I am still needing to find out how to do mark ups and bill pay fees and late fees don’t go to owners I get them as the manager so I think I have to invoice them for these. Still working on figuring it out but I’m loving it so far. I’ve been using for 3 months but only managing 2 properties one being mine but getting more soon. I’ll continuing using and going to pay for the subscription.
