I liked the older 311 app. I really liked being able to put an item on a map. Not so useful to open a website. I don’t need an app for that. Thank you.

Why did the way to submit like pot holes change I like thruway I could upload the picture and it was easier to make a request
For the past few months, the app just gives a connection error message when trying to submit a report. When you are finally able to submit a report, it gets closed without actually reaching the city.
Lots of services linked to the app. Maps work well. Many tools
I do not see any evidence of these complaints being taken seriously.
Love the app when it works. But when you try and launch a category, nothing happens. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not work.
App doesn’t work seems it broke a while ago.
I’m pleasantly surprised by the ease with which I can submit issues (traffic light problem, broken sign, etc). It’s also very easy to follow the progress of your submitted issues. I was unable to submit a photo for one of the issues, but overall it’s a great step forward in keeping us citizens involved in bettering our city. Thanks!
The app and the 311 website are clunky and difficult to successfully navigate. You're better off just sending an email.
This was previously a useful app, now totally useless. Can’t quickly submit an issue of any kind. Mostly just a link to the city of Houston website which does not render on a mobile device correctly. Hard to believe our tax dollars have been spent to develop an app that feels like it was developed by a fifth grade computing class.
