If the app was created just to be able to choose what invoices you want to pay then it is ok. But that is as far as it goes. You can not find anything to actually buy and then buy it. You can not search “500 base unit carcass” and then choose what type you want, or search for specific screws or silicones. Even Wickes has ability to search cabinets, and they are not a dedicated kitchen seller. The app is pretty much useless, just like the website search and purchase functions. Hard to navigate and not enough available products to purchase or look at. They should use Screwfix app and website as example.

Worst app on my phone. Can’t login and nowhere to get support.

User friendly, straightforward, allows you to browse tools and materials and keep track of your projects

If you try and search for products it redirects to the website and when I click on ‘Orders’ I get a loading icon for a minute and then it gives me error codes. Feels like you need to take this off the App Store and go back to the drawing board, it’s probably doing more harm than good.

An app that takes you to the website is not an app.

Im you can’t really say it’s a dedicated app , you click on anything and it just takes you to the webpage? I don’t see why you would use it Instead of the web? Add features where you can search a product inside the app and also Live stock check would be a great feature , till then in the bin.

When searching for products just jumps to main website also cant pay account and again just links to main website.

I can’t search for products on the app it just redirects me to the website which I then have to sign into again. I may as well just go straight to the website and save myself the time of having to sign in twice . Pretty useless really.

What’s the point of the app when it keeps diverting me to the web page I need my log in details for so I can see prices. Don’t know if it’s by glitch or design but it’s virtually useless to me. And it’s high time Howdens provided an option to view prices inclusive of VAT.
