The app is ok, but I bought it years ago, and I payed for it, it was a normal app which used the database of the site, which has a FREE database of English pronunciations. So I bought the lifetime access to the database. Some time ago they decided that to have the service (O say again, the access to a FREE database) a subscription is needed. All this without releasing a new app, but just with the update of the old one. No warning email for old customers like me, no refund or discount on the subscription. For me this policy is unfair, I wrote some emails and never got a response. The care for your customer is very poor if you act like this.

Ho scaricato l’app a pagamento un paio d’anni fa. Poi loro hanno cambiato le condizioni contrattuali e ora chiedono di sottoscrivere un abbonamento premium. Col c* che mi abbono.

Uso spesso questa app perché mi piace pronunciare correttamente le parole inglesi, troppe volte storpiate.

Considering that I paid this application I think it’s unfair to switch from one time pay application to a subscription model. So if I don’t want to pay for an annual subscription I cannot use what I paid for wasting my money! I think Apple should prevent this kind of behavior

L'unico consiglio che suggerisco, in accordo con precedenti recensioni, è di completare il programma con l'aggiunta della trascrizione fonetica. Sarebbe perfetto.

Uno strumento di cui non posso fare a meno.
