HRCCU Mobile Banking

I have been with Hudson River Community credit Union for quite a while, I am very happy with the service, the people are very nice to speak with on the phone, I’ve never had a problem with my banking.

Would have given this a 5 stars but this new update asking to register your phone every single time you log in is a pain. It needs to be fixed

I love the app. My only complaint is that it asks me to verify my device over and over again. If that could be fixed, it would be a 5 out of 5.

This app is complete trash. It was bad enough that every evening it seems that you cannot access your accounts because the app is down for maintenance or some other reason. Now the most recent version is completely unusable. I am a 30+ year member and I think this is the straw that broke the camels back. Time to switch financial institutions.

Needs to remember my device on every log in

Ever since the newest update this banking app has been absolutely horrendous and nothing but a nightmare. EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to log in, it tells me my username and password are incorrect. I literally have to change it every couple of days. I keep a note of all my passwords and write it down the minute it gets changed so I don’t forget. But let me log out and try to log back in later and it’s telling me it’s incorrect and I have to go through the change password process ALL over again. Absolutely ridiculous. Get it together.

Before the recent system upgrade, the former app allowed FaceID logins but the new one does not. Also, when you first load your accounts it jumps the list of accounts to the bottom of the screen forcing you to scroll. So the app is fairly buggy and missing features from the prior version. Compared to my old credit union, the app does seem poor in comparison. Just like the online banking portal, it feels like it’s 10 years behind the times. I kind of wish I hadn’t moved out of the area covered by my old credit union as I’m not super satisfied with HRCCUs online or mobile options. The only reason I have it two stars versus one is the app actually does allow you to do transactions.

New update is absolutely awful and does not tell me my correct balance. I’ve never hit zero in my checking and gone into savings but since the new update it has happened continuously.
