Add a feature
I like the app, how’d you guys need to add a feature that allows us to do a one time transfer to other accounts or banks. Overall, pleased with the service.
Lost Online Account info

BEWARE - Can Only Install App on One Device
This app can only be installed now only one device so don’t lose that device, especially if traveling. Instead of allowing the app to be installed on more than one device like in other jurisdictions, this Bermuda specific version forces you to pick just one.

Transfers
So far so good. Question actually. Can I set up a new HSBC transfer to new payee on the App? I looked other day but I didn’t know how and it seemed not possible. Thank you.
Easy to Use & Very Convenient
The HSBC App is very easy to use and is very convenient. I use the app when on the go and when at home.
Not pleased
It should be a way to add payees on the app please update
Very poor
I couldn’t even get past step 1 of the registration details as it would not let me put in my account number!!! It had an already put in a preexisting strong password where my customer number should be that I could not delete no matter how many times I tried!!!
Credit card rewards
I’ve been a BoB/HSBC customer for more than 50 years and I just learned about your credit card rewards program. Maybe it’s my fault , but I’m so sorry that I have missed probably thousands of Dollars in rewards. You should ensure your customers are aware of the program.
