You have betrayed your customers!
You don‘t care about your customers and you only interested in making a quick buck. Now, you sold your customers to RBC. I guess this is your way of how you say thanks to your Canadian customers.
App No Longer Functional
Due to the depressing sale of HSBC Canada to RBC this app no longer works. A message shows in its place “accounts have migrated to the RBC app” even though they haven’t as I write this. Watch RBC for extortionate fees and lower interest rates.

Goodbye hope you return to Canada
No rewards redemption
No way to redeem rewards on the app, no way to redeem rewards on mobile device in general. You call the rewards dept and they don’t answer after going through 5 minutes of robot menu options which will drop the call if you don’t select fast enough. After I redeem these points I’m cancelling my card.
I don’t like to move to RBC
It’s hassle for customers to put efforts to move to RBC
