I needed to go to the airport and at this time app stoped working with the message “couldn’t connect to the service. I tried to reinstall app but it didn’t help. Except this moment the app is perfect

The app ux it’s horrible. All data is hidden after asking my personal information. I can’t see prices, details etc. Looks like scam 🤦‍♂️ be transparent or I will not pay your services

When I was in the middle of nowhere and tried to pay, this service just crushed. Still doesn’t work.

Couldn’t receive sms on Georgian number thus couldn’t buy a ticket. Tried few days and multiple times. Issue is not with my number or roaming

why can't I add my HSL application map? before that everything worked for me they write to me»Failed to add payment card”

Terrible performance of the application, Apple does not download a permanent ticket and this cannot be fixed within two weeks

1. When I try to add my Nordea card as a payment method it shows me error. Then I use different banking card and another device but result stays the same.

1.Please return previous interface which was until summer 2021. Current interface is worst the same as in Google maps. Updating app was a mistake. 2.Sometimes a payment fail happens. In this case l should delete a payment cart and then add it again. Just after that payment is successful. Fix this bug too please

It said that the train is coming off track 11 and it was coming of track 10. Missed it and had to buy another ticket since the gap between trains is 10+ minutes and my ticket expired :(
