They advertised the app to scan test strips. After entering a ton of personal information, I discovered the scan function isn’t even available. They lie. What a total waste of time!

Have IPhone S. The button to submit the test is way down and I can’t scroll the screen to type the submit button.

I use their products but will switch because I wanted to use the app to make sure my water was good to go. It DOES NOT WORK. Save your time of typing in ALL your info and find another brand app that works.

The test function, the one reason to get this, doesn’t work well. At all. Bad design. Somebody clearly is phoning this in.

It feels like they use this app to collect personal information as they require tons of information about you, your pool and probably a lot of other stuff just to be able to save your historical test results. Why? I gave up long before I reached the end of all the required information. I will no way sign up under those conditions. The idea of an app to read the results, I like, but not the collection of personal data. I will have to take a screenshot to save my results.

App reported 0 alkalinity among other readings that were in conflict with readings from my Hach strips and my Taylor K-2006 test kit. In my opinion the app and the test strips are unreliable for maintaining a pool.

I really like this app when it works. I have noticed that you are better off manually matching your step vs scanning them. However last couple times the screen where you choose you color blocks is enlarged and frozen that I can’t scroll over to see all the color block options. If this can be fixed I would give this a 5 star rating

This app wants too much information about you. Then after downloading, I was not even able to scan the strip with my phone. Terrible app.

I tried the app to get a more accurate reading of the test strips than matching the colours by eye. However, the app readings were way off the mark. The reason is quite simple - there are no control marks on the strip that the app can use to gauge the optics of my camera. So what it thinks might be a dark purple is, by eye, quite light. They ask a lot of personal info like name, address, pool sizes etc just to get it to scan. I get that is for weather conditions and selling me supplies but I am going to unsubscribe and uninstall this. David, WA
