I often get the message that the camera cannot connect to the servers and they will solve the problem soon. It happens every single day. I’ve checked the internet connection and it is very good, the monitor of the camera works fine, but the app does not connect. Also the profile picture of the baby disappears.
I’ve already been in contact with Hubble, but the email function to submit feedback, new features, etc., is not working! Over all the video surveillance is amazing. We love Hubble!

Sock disconnects all the time completely useless for what I wanted it for I caved and bought the owlet but want to keep this for the lullabies and now all of a sudden it plays for two minutes then shuts off over and over I restarted it, powered off , unplugged , deleted and redownloaded app nothing worked
Normally a decent app but can’t use it currently because it’s won’t connect. I’ve restarted the camera, ran the tester app it told me to do, refreshed repeatedly as it suggested and still nothing
I bought this as a second “nanny cam” because the first one I bought lagged quite a bit, froze at important times, directions weren’t easy to change, it was hard to see different views without freezing or going too far then freezing. It was totally unreliable. This one does also lag a little but it doesn’t do any of the bad stuff the other one does. I can speak on this with no freezing issues. I can see more clearly and much further with this. It detects motion and captures all the right things. It even has a notification setting if my kid leaves the bed, I am notified! I can play music on this to sooth my child. There’s a neat night light with colors and intensity. Best money I’ve spent on a camera!!! I would prefer this outside or through a window more than a doorbell cam!! 4 stars because it’s only the second I’ve tried but 5 stars of the 2.
The duel camera came in clutch and is amazing for baby and what’s going on around baby. Love it it a must have
It doesn’t even wanna connect at all saying something wrong with my WiFi. Thank goodness I kept the receipt and return it back got my refund.
Easy to use and set up
It does not allow me to change any camera settings in the app
