Hublot e-warranty

Ever since the crowdstrike update issue, the app has stopped working. Tested on three different mobile numbers in my house. App only says contact customer service and will not open

That’s it. The photo app does not work. I take a perfect photo, it sits for 30 seconds and then says “server took too long to respond”

Easy to use.. and register including extended warranty. Couple tips if you have never used this type of app.. try setting watch on the black leather cover that comes in the case (or use black background in not picking it up).. worked perfect once I changed the background (also size up and match the outline by moving phone in or out, it will change from red to yellow then green and snap the image automatically once it’s got it)..

Quite possibly the worst app on the App Store. The e warranty is next to impossible to get to work.

Download the app, input serial # , snapped the photo, which was scanned and credited as original watch and add the warranty to Apple wallet, if you can’t do this May be watch is fake?

My Hublot only has a 6 digit serial number and it won’t accept it.

Aside from the terrible UX for what should be a simple process, photo recognition does not work AT ALL! Perfect photo of the back, all lined-up and crystal clear SN… still not recognized. I ended up logging into Hubloista and adding the warranty info to my wallet from there. From the looks of it, this app isn’t even needed, and wouldn’t be very useful even if it did work! Hublot needs to sunset this app now.

This is a joke. It didn’t even find my watch serial number

Scan my watch and tell me the serial number is invalid.

The app works really well once you figure out you need to scan the back of the watch not the front 🙄
