Copy Chat - Select All doesn’t select all
When clicking select all from the chat ellipsis drop down options the app does not capture all the chat messages. Is there a better way to download the full chat during the call? Please enhance the chat copy function to download the entire chat or give non-host callers the ability to share the transcript.
Customer service
Customer service Huddle.team is ok, issue and confusing when you have two accounts FCC and Huddle account. Previously I have been rating FCC not Huddle Team.!
Good calls but broken SMS function
The calls are great. They come straight to my cell phone and the quality is crystal clear. However the SMS/texts msgs have a bug. I get notifications on my lock screen of text messages and when I click the app to see the message they all disappear. I’m considering getting another service but I hope they can fix it ASAP
Easy to use!
App works great. Easy to video conference and screen share. I use it to plan hiking routes on the weekend with friends and chat with family across the country. Highly recommend!
