I lost all my purchases after update

After update I can’t get access to my purchases. 🤷‍♂️

Books not downloadable. Internet required to view your books

The new layout looks nice - that’s the only good part about the update. The big downside is that you have to be online to view your books. I have no connection in my rehearsal room and also no cellphone connection. So i don‘t have the books ready when i need them. I spend quite a lot of money on the digital versions but they are useless at the moment. I‘ve tried to downgrade to the old version but i had no success. It would be enough if we get the basic version of the books. It can’t be that hard to implement that feature. The app is super slow. it takes quite a while to open and show your purchases. There is a lot of room for improvement.

Got worse with the new update

For me this not usable anymore. Now you can just look at your books you bought when you are online, no connection no books. It might got faster overall but when you want to look at your library it takes 6 secs to load, before it was instant because you could download your books.

Nice but

it would be great to be able to search for books. I recently was looking for a djembe book and had to look through all books. Next thing is you can download the books but not the media. Since most practice rooms for drummers are in the basement it would be great to be able to download the whole media so you can watch/listen to it without internet

iPhone app Review

The load time for each page is so incredibly slow. App buttons on the bottom of the screen lack realtime interaction between hitting the “button” and something happening. I think it’s a good idea to have them catalogued online, but the execution of the service provided feels like I just spent $40 and cannot get the benefit of what I thought I was paying for. Maybe ChatGPT can help? Hope it gets better.

Landscape mode

The app looks better no more scrolling through the whole catalog to find your purchases. My gripe is the new UI does not have a landscape mode. If you have device with a large screen you are fine but if you have a device with a smaller screen you are constantly zooming in and out or scrolling to get to areas out of view.

Worst app EVER

You can’t search the books you’ve bought, you can’t even just see them, you have to scroll through everything to find your book, then the app crashes anyway. Do not use this. They don’t even allow you to download the ebook YOU PAID FOR! So you pay to not be able to see it in the app. It’s horrendous and they should not allow them to make money like this

Can’t view my purchased and downloaded books

I can’t even view my downloaded books. I purchased them through hudsonmusic.com and they showed up before but I kept getting an annoying error message, which said, “ network error” so I deleted the app and downloaded it again, now I can’t even see my downloaded books. I only get an error message. They show up on my computer online through their website, but nothing on the app. This is very frustrating. Coming from a legacy company like Hudson who charges a premium price for their Digital products but can’t keep up with the digital world.

Horrible

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars with Hudson either through physical books or ebooks. The app does not play the audio when you click on the link/button, even though the download is clearly there taking up space on my phone. There is absolutely no support from Hudson - I regret spending my hard earned money with this company!!!

Unusable

Hudson Music! Please fix this app. Also what’s with zero compatibility for non M1 Apple products? I use your books to teach and now I can no longer access them for my students. This is extremely frustrating!
