Hue Music for Philips Hue

Lovely app! I linked it to a Hue light strip which is threaded around my living room. It was very easy to set up, the free version works great, while the customisation on the paid for version adds useful options.

This popped up whilst in the middle of trying to set up my Philips sync box so I purchased it thinking I needed it to complete setup which in the end was not the case.

I bought this app believing it was the official Philips one but is a third party and doesn’t even work well, really would like my money back!

This app won’t connect to either of my bridges. It been given access to my network. Other apps I can pair fine, even within minutes of this app failing. I have hit retry way more times than should have been necessary.

App will no longer connect to my bridge

Works well but now my homepods and iPhone cannot control my lights!! Probably have to delete them all and start over which is very time consuming…will probably not use again.

At first I was frustrated that I couldn’t use the light settings unless I upgraded to pro, I feel 4.99 is pushing it a bit but once you purchase and unlock the features it was much better and sure it will improve with new features in future updates. So overall, I’m happy.

Easy to use for a little color with your music, or the full dance floor experience at a party. Wish you could pick color scenes instead of just 2 points along a rainbow scale.

So far good! I like being able to select multiple lights while music is playing!
