They only notify you of delivery a few hours before which hardly gives you a chance to reschedule unless you’re checking your email literally every hour. Then you get told your package is waiting for pickup miles away — in my case it would take me an hour to pick it up. What’s the point in getting a delivery then?? I am cancelling the order and asking for a refund. Wish me luck!
The app is unbelievably slow. Whenever you save items in your favourites, it always somehow becomes unavailable but when you search for the item, it is available. Completely put me off buying anything!
I've had enough of companies sharing our data. I do not like how the big G company has its nose into everybody's data. When I sign up for apps I expect as much privacy as I can get especially when I'm spending plenty of cash for items. Even turning off as much privacy on apps as possible, Hugo Boss is still sharing necessary cookies with G the big dog data hogger. I do not see any reason why any shop should need to share this with any other company except for potential fraud or legal reasons. For this reason I have closed my account and will move back to shopping in-stores where I do not get my data shared with data builders in other countries who I do not wish to deal with You've lost a customer
Would be great if you could see e receipts for item purchased in store where the membership card has been scanned.
Noticed many people rating the store and brand but not the app. That doesn't help development or fixing bugs in the app. For me the app is rather disorganised and inconsistent. For example, I was looking for a gilet. Searched gilet. An odd assortment of gilet in beige suede and a few jackets, some t-shirts, but not the gilet range I was looking for. Had to take the long way and scroll for ages through the app until I found what I wanted.
After thousands of pounds and loyal service, today I received an email. We’ve updated our terms and conditions for loyalty programme. Agree or we terminate your account. So I objected and my account is now closed. Hugo boss your loss
Dark mode would be nice especially for shopping at night time
Struggle every time I use the website. Not very easy to use or navigate.
Can no longer use app as I get error message in cart saying cannot call method “getcustom” of null.
Aside from the great quality clothing, I love how easy it is on the Hugo Boss site to buy and return any unwanted items free of charge via their courier service.
