HuHot Rewards

A person could starve to death setting up the idiotic security requirements for this garbage-y food app. And I already HAD the app….why reinvent the GD ‘security’ wheel?!?! You know what, probably easier to just delete this hot mess. Maybe stop eating at your business from now on as well. You idiots.

I have rewards that I can see at the home page but when I go to check out it says I don’t have any rewards???

Sometimes I can’t order for pickup, just cause. Most of the time, it won’t accept my card type, the same card that’s accepted in stores.

I downloaded the program two times. Each time in my profile update I was able to do all the lines, but the birthday line would not allow keyboard to open to update.

I love eating here. Why not make it so yo can rate th recipes?

Food is good but app is worthless. Don’t bother..

You can’t place an order, can’t use rewards this app is useless anytime I try to do anything besides add food to my cart it says I need to log in again which I go to do yet I’m already logged in.

I like HuHot but you can never order food online because the app can never reach the store to complete your order.

First discovered HuHot in Missoula; the Coeur d’Alene location is our home base, but love the food. App is good, but not as feature rich or smooth as some other restaurants in the area. The “order now” option doesn’t always find the CDA location by zip code..

When you use this app and order neither the restaurant nor DoorDash will accept responsibility for messed up orders. Basically they both blame each other and you don’t get food OR a refund. Has happened to me 3 different times now. After a 2.5 hour wait and 30 minutes on the call to get the food, it’s now old and we still have to pay… Garbage experience on every level.
