HUM Rideshare

Not only did I get charged for a ride that never happened, this app is needs major updates. Constantly freezes and the actions will not work frequently

The driver does not get 100% of the fair. The driver has to pay this company a high dollar membership fee to be a part of the platform. And you also have to pay for your own background check. Five days went by. I had the app on literally all day. Every day. I got ONE ride. When I clicked on it, it said I would get around $18 and some change. They paid me $13.60. For 30 minutes of work. They charged the customer $15.71. According to them. They took a fee of $.57. Who knows why. Then they charge the DRIVER tax on top of that on every ride! And then you also have to pay income tax on top of that! So we’re double taxed? At least that’s what the app said. I ended up with $13.60. I did not get 100% of the fair. Do not trust their fine print. Customers should stay far away from this app! They lose the customer and the driver in the fog by claiming the driver gets 100% of the fair. conclusion, they charge the driver a lot of money to be a part of the platform. They charge the driver fees for every ride. And they charge the driver tax on every ride. I wonder what they really charge the customer?

Tried to get my first ride, the app crashed and won’t load back up. My ride did show up which was good. Other then the app issue everything else was great.

Hum is a great competitor for Uber and Lyft. From my local airport, Hum is consistently half the price of Uber and Lyft. Plus drivers get to keep all the fair! I am always shocked at how much cheaper Hum is than the other options.

HUM was there for my crew when leaving the Waste Management Open. All other ride share apps were 1hr+ on wait time and over $100. HUM was practically waiting for me as soon as I submitted for a ride AND I saved like $60. Would have rated our driver 6 Stars if I could. Looking forward to my next ride with HUM!

Amazing staff and great money. I am glad to be part of this movement. Time to stop Uber/Lyft from stealing our hard working money.
