App is not working

App crashed with network error, uninstalled and reinstalled, turned phone off and on and still nothing, and of all times to happen on a long weekend when would be really useful :(

The app has been down since yesterday and I still can’t use it. Being Easter weekend, I got a notification a few days ago saying that messages won’t get answered till Monday (which is fine), but the entire app is DOWN. I have tried everything and it still won’t work and there’s no one to contact about it!

I usually would like thrive but I am having issues with the app working now

App suddenly stopped working. Tried to uninstall and reinstall and still just showing a white screen

The app is blank when you open it what do I do.

The bugs continue to get worse despite multiple complaints. And no, it’s not a ticket I should lodge with my administration

This is a great app with some really useful features. The customer service is really good they are quick to respond and helpful and friendly. I’m really happy with the app and so glad that my employer has this service available for our staff
