First of all, if you added payment method, and leave Country, you cannot cancel this method. Just in app, but if you Log out and dont have phone number - you lost. Customer service can not cancel you membership or payment method Second: vouchers. You have vouchers, but you can not use it. And you dont have any information about how you can so it 🤯

Most delivery drivers don’t know how to read the address properly. They often call although the address is very clear. One complained it’s in English and they don’t read English. I made it in Arabic, then another one complained they don’t read Arabic! I made it in both and they still call to ask about the address! Last order was supposed to be 40 minutes. It took an hour and half, and when I complained, customer support said they will call to speed it up. It arrived cold and with wrong items! Such a waste that good product gets ruined with poor staffing
كثير اوقات يكون عندي فلوس بس مو كاش و ابغا ادفع شبكة بس عند التوصيل ومافي عندكم هذه الخدمة لو صلحتوها و خليتو في دفع بالشبكة عند التوصيل حتكسبوا اكثر و كييييف دحيم ما صار فيه دفع كاششش؟؟؟؟؟؟!

التحديث الحالي يسمح بعمل محادثة مع المندوب مع امكانية ارسال الصور. المشكلة أن التطبيق يقوم بارسال أي صورة بمجرد لمسها لمسة واحدة ولا يمكن التراجع أو مسحها من المحادثة. بعكس ما تعودنا عليه في أي تطبيق محادثة آخر حيث تقوم بتحديد صورة أو عدة صور أولا ثم التأكد قبل الضغط على "ارسال Send" أو "الغاء Cancel” . أرجو تحديث هذه المشكلة لمنع حدوث مثل هذه الاخطاء غير المقصودة وارسال صور خاصة للمندوب.
After the driver took a 30 minutes detour, my food arrived cold and I had to throw it in the bin. When contacting customer services, I was promised it would not happen again (how can one promise that???), I was wished a nice evening and she closed the chat without any further apology.
