Downloaded the app as looked good and thought it might be a good tool in the bag for my 2yr old grandaughter. Was disappointed to discover that it is only 7 day free trial and then £59 for a year! Didn’t take it any further as I was not going to sign up to this. It should state it is not free at the pre download point. I wouldn’t have bothered at all, if it had. Also, didn’t like the American speech, as it we live in the UK. Would like the children to speak with English accents, they get enough Americanisms as it is.

Amazing for young kid at age 2 and up!

There isn’t a shape called “Diamond” it’s a “Rhombus” and why “N” for “Narwhal” which 3 or 4 year old knows what a Narwhal is or how to pronounce? I don’t think this is suitable for British toddlers. The alphabets are not phonetic sounds either. The whole app seems to be targeted to preschoolers but the language used is not appropriate, not for British toddlers. Do not recommend - it will confuse your preschooler for when they start school.

My daughter who is a 2 1/2 year old toddler first saw the caterpillar game in McDonald’s and played with it. I was amazed she managed to do the game and to sort out the shapes correctly !! So smart !! after I looked for the caterpillar games on Apple Store and now a few times a week She gets to sit down and play it . It’s definitely a game that they can play in the evening as it is not exciting or overstimulating! I would recommend going through the content to know how to navigate and what to look for for your child before giving and introducing this game and download the extra content they have as it can be frustrating for your toddler and preschoolers the first time to look for what they want to do , it is easier when you no way to look for the content and what games they’ll be more interested in when suggesting something to do in the game . The background music is very calming and nice and not at all annoying as a person and a parent that has autism. ADHD and sensory needs and difficulties. I am myself as found this game to watch and play as calming as using meditation, apps for an adult. I love the fact that there is a a game, where in the morning you can play to do yoga in a form of this song to get them moving and to get the exercise in and to motivate them to start their day. It would be nice for something like this to get ready for bed i.e. breathing exercises or something. MESSAGE FOR PARENTS !👩‍👧‍👦👨‍👧‍👦🧏🏼‍♀️ Now please don’t be fooled of paying £60 for the whole year. When you can pay £24.99 for the year or £2.99 a month just have a look in your subscription settings in your iPhone app settings go to manage subscriptions and click on the game. You will see a drop-down list of the prices . I would so recommend paying for this subscription i can’t praise it enough, though, I have seen some ways that it could be made even better. MESSAGE FOR CREATORS AND APP DEVELOPERS . I just want to clarify why is there so many options for the subscriptions is there a difference in the quality of games and content she getting? Or how many games and content she can have and access too? as I find this very confusing!! why there is so many different prices for the subscription? She loves this game so much and she loves to sing songs and the nursery rhymes though. Hi my kids have grown now and I can’t cancel my subscription and I’m somehow in auto renewal ? Can you please cancel and refund me ?

This is another app that appears to be free but in fact you are downloading an advert for a subscription service! One caterpillar with indigestion!

The app looks very good but it is hard to judge the educational value without any sound. The app is not cheap and so far, with no sound is not worth it. I would like to get my money back if this problem is not fixed. Please send advice on how to fix this issue.

I would like a refund! App doesn’t work properly, one cannot trace the letters not can select colors to paint the letters either...

Hi I was unable to cancel the subscription before free trial ended. My little does it enjoy the app stall.. it does not seem to be as easy as thought. Is it possible to get a refund. Haven’t used the app after subscription was implied.
