Why so complicated to make one month subscription!!! I so stress and give up already and I have trust issue if the web trying to get my debit card in because so many scammer nowadays why don’t you do online bank in/ TNG or apple pay instead.

其他人表示的1️⃣🌟评价提出的问题完全没有改善…我已经决定解约我的Coffee Hunter。除了第一次可以Delivery到之外 就算只是一公里的店也告诉我太远无法配送。我是12号买Coffee Hunter但周期并不是到下个月12号而是这个月的最后一天。 如果你时常去实体店买咖啡也许因为可以收集point并使用优惠卷而值得。但外送在这个App有太多问题。 第一次的外送也因为没有外送员的资讯和电话没有办法联络。App里一直说没有完成所以我一直以为还没到。 如果要使用外送服务的话用其他的外送App真的值得太多。除了很快到外有时还有其他优惠。 不过他们的咖啡真的棒棒。所以给2️⃣🌟。材料就摆在桌子上。感觉很不错。

The app let me look at the HWC logo for 5mins and still nothing came out. After using the app, i deeply remember the HWC brand 👍🏼

Not even expired , but charge your credit card before 15 days of the expired date . After charge no giving any voucher at all .

Asyik lag je memanjang, baik tak payah buat apps ni kalau macam apa. Lepastu apa pun susah nak cek yg kita beli ke subscribe ke, tau2 duit kena tolak then takde dapat email ke apa receipt sebab apa tolak. Contact CS takde respond!

First off, the app itself has occasions where it’s laggy, and trying to find a store for delivery is a nightmare, having to click each store and wait for a loading page to finally tell you that the store can’t deliver to this location. Then, delivery charges, even for the nearest stores (2.5km away) are incredibly high? Rm8, rm7.5 sometimes? The equivalent store on Grab is either free delivery or RM3. And this is with the Coffee Hunter subscription. When a coffee is RM11 and the delivery is RM8.. I wouldn’t use your app to order delivery.. Sure I can use the 20% off vouchers, but even then it would be cheaper to order via Grab. And you can’t use your coffee Hunter vouchers on Grab. So I’m even less inclined to order your coffee. All in all the experience isn’t great. And that is a shame because I do enjoy the coffee.

This is the worst app I have ever used. The barista was not even notified when I had made an online order. Hence, I waited for more than 30 minutes while the barista made coffee for everyone else who came after me. Furthermore, the app keeps forgetting my username so I have to sign in multiple times just to make an order. What a joke. The creator of this app is delusional.
