Hy-Vee Car Wash

Works great most of the time, but it’s frustrating when you pull up and it won’t load.

Cant cancel membership. Doesn’t work at barely any of the hyvees. They could be making some money if they would roll out and use it at every Hy-Vee. Their loss

The app is working pretty good except for once you go through it the first time, there’s no way to add another car that I can figure out. This app needs a “Contact Us” button. ;-)

It cleans your car but over half the time it’s BROKE down which is a huge annoyance! Also pleasant hill needs to clean their air dryers they are filled with leaves so your car doesn’t even get dried!

I’ve been using this for several months and mostly happy with it. One of issues though is that when you scan the QR code it will say that this wash bay is not connected, use another. If only certain wash bays have technology to accept scan, then those bays should be identified. Imagine being in line with others behind you, and you need to move. Like that I buy month’s worth of washes and it’s billed to my credit card. Convenient.

Works fine - lots of clicks and extra steps for no reason. At my location (bank of 4 wash bays) It frequently scans and says that it doesn’t work on this machine but ‘another one at this location’ does. Which one of course is unknown, it’s ridiculous

App is not user friendly, went to use it and scanned the code, didn’t do anything. Next try said I already used my code.

Waited in line. Got up and scanned the QRC and it dint work. Said it was off line. Not happy at all and I’m going to be canceling this asap

The apple is working pretty good except for not having Tam listed. I was able to work around it and put it in Dodge Ram although that ended years ago. The main problem is that once you go through it the first time, there’s no way to add another car that I can figure out. This app needs a “Contact Us” button. ;-)
