Hypno - Hypnosis & Affirmation

Having visualization at the same time as guided meditation is very useful. This app has allowed me to focus much faster than other meditation apps. Love it! .

I love using HypnoApp when I am looking to fall asleep, while I’m reading, during my meditations, and when I’m painting. I especially love the variety of nature sounds, the high frequencies, and the sound bowls. I’ve really enjoyed it and have found it to be beneficial. I’d highly recommend!

I can’t believe how this app changed my daily meditations. Lots of different type of meditations depending how I feel and what I need daily. My fav category is Sound. Easy to navigate and use. Im loving it ❤️

I downloaded the app and I listened to The negative habit hypnosis. I felt like I left my body and I was guided into a new dimension. I awoke and everything seemed vivid, peaceful, and I felt like I stepped into a new reality and timeline. I would rate it 6/5 stars if it gave me the option. 100% recommend the app for anyone for any purpose!

This is not the type of app I would normally use; however the stunning visuals drew me in, and I quickly found the hypnoses and guided meditations were perfect stress releases. I use them during my evening train commute home, while the Mood Boosters are perfect for the morning commute. After using the app for a while, I also found that I achieved a more peaceful and restful sleep. The app is easy to navigate through the many options and the features are well thought out. Kudos to the development team!

I was living a corporate lifestyle and really wasn’t very happy. A friend recommended I check out Hypno and use it once a day. I downloaded it and started listening to the Visualization tracks on my commute. Turns out, if you really dedicate time and effort to changing your mindset, you’ll start seeing changes in your life. Hypno is the best way to do this. Since starting out with Hypno I’ve gotten a job I love and became a “noticeably better partner and friend”. I begin my day with at least one track which sets me up for success but I also like listening to some soothing soundscapes before going to bed. TLDR; great app for helping change your mindset. Give it a real try for at least a week and you’ll be impressed.

I have only listened to a few so far but already notice a difference in my energy, focus and stress level after I listened. Can’t wait to try them all!!
